Tanda2 Terms & Conditions — Platform usage guide for Malaysian users
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the tanda2 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the tanda2 platform — including the website, mobile app and related services — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the tanda2 platform. Continued use following any amendments to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
This platform is available only to individuals aged 18 and above who are legally eligible under Malaysian law to participate in online betting activities. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Account Registration, Security and User Responsibilities
Account registration requirements
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on tanda2. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. tanda2 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and to request supporting documents where necessary.
Account security and password
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the tanda2 support team immediately at [email protected] for prompt action.
Prohibited activities on the platform
- Using false information or another person's identity
- Creating an account on behalf of another person without authorisation
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes
- Using automated software or bots to play
- Exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform's systems
- Sharing an account with another individual
Payments, Deposits and Transactions
All financial transactions on the tanda2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method you use belongs to you and is legally valid.
Tanda2 supports a range of local deposit methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks and other local banks listed on the platform. Minimum deposit and maximum daily limits may vary depending on your chosen payment method.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to successful identity verification. tanda2 reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or a terms violation.
Any fees charged by third-party financial service providers are the user's sole responsibility. tanda2 is not liable for any delays caused by third parties in processing transactions.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Platform liability limits
Tanda2 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through the use of the platform, including betting losses, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond our control.
The platform is provided "as is" and tanda2 makes no warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose. Users access the platform at their own risk.
In cases where our liability is determined by a court, tanda2's maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual property and platform content
All content on the tanda2 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and code — is the intellectual property of tanda2 or its licensed third parties. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written permission from tanda2.
Any third-party links that may appear on the platform do not imply that tanda2 endorses or is responsible for the content of those websites. You access third-party links at your own risk.
Suspension, Account Closure & Changes to Terms
Account suspension and closure
Tanda2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice in cases of terms violations, fraudulent activity, platform abuse or for security reasons.
Suspended accounts will be unable to access any platform features until the relevant issue is resolved. In the event of a permanent closure, any legitimate funds in the account (after deducting any disputed amounts) will be returned to the user via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Users may also close their own account by contacting the tanda2 support team. Closure requests will be processed within 7 business days. Any active bets at the time of the request will be settled according to standard rules before the account is closed.
Changes to terms and applicable law
Tanda2 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Users are advised to review this page periodically.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the tanda2 platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
